Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy – Golden Light Publishing House

We currently ship within the United States only.

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at goldenlightpublishinghouse@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damages & Order Issues

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Signed or personalized books
  • Special order or limited edition items
  • Digital products (eBooks, ARCs, downloads)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
