This website and store are operated by Golden Light LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Golden Light Publishing House, an imprint of Golden Light LLC.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & USE

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We sell books and merchandise, including limited-run, signed, and event-based inventory.

  • Product appearance may vary due to printing batches or display differences
  • Inventory may be limited and not continuously restocked
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
  • Products may be discontinued at any time without notice

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit or block orders that appear fraudulent, excessive, or intended for resale
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or availability

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Online pricing may differ from in-person event pricing
  • Promotions may vary by platform or event
  • Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & PREORDERS

We ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped
  • Due to production and inventory timelines, standard orders may take 8–10 weeks to ship, unless otherwise specified

Preorders:

  • Preorders will have individual timelines listed at the time of purchase, which override the standard 8–10 week estimate
  • These timelines are based on production schedules, inventory, or event fulfillment
  • Event-based preorders may include designated pickup options and specific fulfillment instructions
  • Customers are responsible for following all provided event pickup instructions
  • Failure to follow event pickup instructions may result in delayed fulfillment or additional shipping charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production timelines, event logistics, or failure to follow preorder instructions.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

SECTION 6 – WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS
We offer a wholesale program for large or bulk orders.

Wholesale pricing, terms, and eligibility are handled separately from standard retail purchases.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
